About The Website wzwick.com

The website wzwick.com was created for the law office of William Zwick. The website was informative and direct. The website homepage includes two headers: Personal Attention To Your Legal Matter and Why Choose William Zwick?. A quote was also shown on the website’s homepage by William Zwick himself. The quote said “Over the years, I have met clients who wanted to speak to their attorney instead of support staff.  With that in mind, I decided to focus on that attorney-client relationship when moving to the Indianapolis area.  While my style of practice is not forever client or practice area, my small practice provides for more personalized attention to the client’s needs.”

The homepage contains several buttons: a “home” button, a “practice areas” button which allows you to view the law areas they cover, a “resources” button which links useful resources, and a button for “contact,” which provides contact details. To read other related articles, visit Defense Attorney News.

On the top-most part of the website’s homepage, you can see the attorney’s information, including his full name, law office address, and contact number.

On the bottom, you would also see a disclaimer note. The disclaimer note said that “This website contains general information only. There is no legal advice provided, or attorney-client relationship established, through this website. The website is advertising legal services.”

On the website, there were options to read about the practice areas. When the reader clicks on the “practice areas” button, they can see the law areas that the office offers. The main practice areas of the law office include family law, guardian ad litem (GAL), and criminal law. However, the website also showed that William Zwick has a small-town general practice background in law areas such as personal injury, real estate, estate planning/probate, and contract law. Moreover, the readers can also read on the “practice area” button that William Zwick’s preferred areas of practice had narrowed in recent years to reflect a national trend away from the general practice of law. William Zwick will also represent clients in civil litigation and transactional matters on a limited case-by-case basis.

When the reader clicks on the “resources” button, the reader can read useful resources for certain practice areas. Under criminal law resources, they can read about Counselors and the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). It was stated on the website that Counseling was a major resource for clients facing criminal matters having alcohol, anger, and sex offense as the most common. The reader can also see a link on a resource page on professionals that will give them referral sources for counselors who have assisted past clients.

The visitor would also have an option to read about family law resources. The website provided links to the different websites concentrating on family law and was provided by William Zwick himself. UptoParents.org, Parenting Calendar, Hamilton County Financial Declaration, Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, and Dissolution Net Worth were the websites given by him. William Zwick solely recommends UptoParents.org among the given websites because it focuses on children. Parents would find valuable activities and resources on this site, as well as the companion sites for paternity cases and separated parents. When there are no safety concerns, such as family violence or drug addiction, most clients say that this is the most helpful website in family law.

Professional resources can also be viewed and accessed by the readers. Under professional resources, the website provides a link for a page of professionals for other non-legal services such as counseling and tax advice.

If the reader clicked on the contact button, they would find a contact number (317) 565-7357

where they could schedule a consultation with attorney William Zwick. Their location is 802 Mulberry, Suite DB-04 Noblesville, IN 46060. The reader can also read detailed information about the location of William Zwick, PC. It was located in the historic Model Mill Building a few blocks south of the Hamilton County Government & Judicial Center in Noblesville, Indiana. Other prominent businesses in the building include the Mill Top Banquet and Conference Center and the Chateau Bijou salon.

About Attorney William Zwick

Attorney William Zwick provides legal advice on criminal law, family, and other complicated legal matters. Each client, according to William Zwick, has specific needs. Like many other lawyers, he assists the client in understanding the law and assessing legal options. Attorney Zwick, on the other hand, likes to spend time getting to know each client’s “whole picture.”  The client must take into account the non-legal and long-term consequences of certain decisions. For instance, obtaining custody may be legal, but it is not in the best interests of the client’s family.

The Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Law Professionals certified William Zwick as a collaborative law professional in 2015. This program aids clients in resolving family law problems through a cost-effective, non-litigation method that prioritizes the client’s needs/interests, privacy, and client-centered solutions, emphasizing a “win-win” approach to law.
